Our Policy
We will collect no personal information about you when you visit our Web
site unless you choose to give that information to us through an e-mail
message or survey. If you are conducting business with the Lieutenant
Governor's Office, we will ask for only the information needed to
complete the transaction as required by law.

Information Collected and Stored Automatically
When you access our Web site, no information that identifies you
personally is automatically collected. To provide the best possible
service, the Lieutenant Governor's Office uses software that
automatically gathers and stores statistical information about how our

If You Send Us Personal information
You do not have to give us personal information to visit our Web site.
Visitors to the Lieutenant Governor's Web site may decline participation

Correction of Personally Identifiable Information
You may review any personal information we collect about you. If you
find factual errors in your personally identifiable information, you may
correct them by sending us a written request that credibly shows the
error. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before
granting access or making corrections. If you believe that your personal
information is being used for a purpose other than what was intended
when submitted, please contact us.

The Lieutenant Governor's Web site contains links to other sites outside
of our control. These include links to Web sites operated by other

another site, you are no longer on the Lieutenant Governor's Web site
