Luis Fernando Esteban
receives Washingtonian of the Year Award
Luis Fernando Esteban of Bellevue was this year's
recipient of the Washingtonian of the Year Award by the Washington
Generals, a service organization affiliated with the Office of Lt.
Governor. Esteban, a longtime Washington resident who is the
honorary consul of Spain, accepted the award on Oct. 11 from Lt. Gov.
Owen at the General's annual banquet in Tacoma. You can read the
