The Office of Lt. Governor Owen is closely integrated with the state's
international community as a way of promoting trade, goodwill and
economic development. In addition,
the lieutenant governor typically makes at least one or two
international trade and cultural missions each year. These missions are
made in association with
sponsoring organizations so are not taken at taxpayer expense. Inquiries
about the Lieutenant Governor's international relations program may be directed to Antonio
Sanchez on his staff.
